Terms of Service

ProAudioPath is operated by Konfran Investments (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), based in South Africa. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep it up to date, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity on your account. Sellers (students, suppliers and training providers) may create and manage listings subject to these terms.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including description, condition, price and delivery or collection details. You may not list prohibited, counterfeit or unlawful items.

You must not misuse the service. This includes no unlawful use, no fraud or spam, no infringement of intellectual property, and no interference with the security of the platform (such as malware, probing, scraping or attempting to gain unauthorised access). See our Acceptable Use Policy.

The platform, its software, design, branding and content we provide are owned by Konfran Investments (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the platform. Content you upload remains yours, and you grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are also governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. ProAudioPath facilitates the transaction between buyer and seller; buyers and sellers coordinate delivery or collection using the in-app messaging tools.

Any service or transaction fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase or listing where they apply.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts and remove listings in cases of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

To the extent permitted by law, Konfran Investments (Pty) Ltd is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
