Acceptable Use Policy

Konfran Investments (Pty) Ltd provides legitimate educational study and training resources — such as learner guides, facilitator and assessor guides, workbooks and related study material developed to support accredited skills-development and qualification programmes. These materials are study aids for learners and training providers. They are not exam papers, live assessment answers, or tools intended to help anyone cheat, misrepresent competence, or bypass the requirements of an accredited assessment.

You may not list, sell or distribute counterfeit, stolen, pirated or unlawful materials, or anything that infringes another person's intellectual property or that you do not have the right to sell. You also may not offer products or services that are not supported for payment processing, including but not limited to: live or leaked examination content or assessment answer keys, or any material intended to facilitate academic dishonesty or fraudulently obtain a qualification; regulated or restricted goods (weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, pharmaceuticals); adult or sexually explicit content; gambling or betting services; cryptocurrency, financial or investment products; counterfeit or replica goods; and any product prohibited by our payment provider's acceptable use rules or by applicable law.

Descriptions, photos, condition, pricing and delivery details must be accurate. Misleading listings or fake reviews are not permitted.

You must not attempt to bypass the platform's payment system to avoid fees, use stolen payment details, or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive transaction. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Messaging is for coordinating legitimate transactions. Harassment, spam, hate speech, threats and sharing of others' personal information are prohibited.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts or our systems.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and may take further action where required by law.
